Nina is a licensed mental health practitioner in the State of Colorado. Nina owns a small teleheath private practice in Colorardo. Nina does not perform traditional talk therapy. Early on in her career she realized the value of an integrative therapy approach and created a holistic protocol that she uses with all of her clients. Nina is currently working with those seeking healing from trauma; emotional release through somatic experiencing (moving emotions stuck in your body); and psychedelic integration and microdosing. Nina does not currently accept insurance.
Holistic Protocol Process
Nina is trained in multiple therapuetic modalities (most widely used EMDR, EFT, IFS, TF-CBT), functional medicine for mental health, somatic experiencing, plant medicine, and energetic alchemy. We highly recommend scheduling a consultation to first make sure that Nina and the protocol are a correct fit for you. Once you have agreed to onboard as a new client, there will be an intake process. During this time Nina will walk through a variety of questions to understand where you are currently and get a firm grasp of your goals for therapy. This intake session will end with a mapped out plan customized to YOUR needs on how you will proceed together. The customized plan may include one or all of her trained modalities. PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION
These are psychotherapy sessions focused on preparation for plant medicine/psychedelics and integration after plant medicine/psychedelics. Integration is THE MOST VITAL part of any psychedelic exerience as the knowledge gained is useless unless you understand and integrate it into your life. SOMATIC HEALING
It is now widely known that trauma and emotions can be stored in the body. This therapy focuses on creating a somatic healing plan to help you move trauma and stuck emotions out of your body. This is imperative to the healing process as you are not able to embody and solidly stand your healed state if you have not moved the old trauma and emotions from your body. Somatic healing helps with Chronic Pain, Inflammation, Autoimmune Issues, Sleep Issues, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Dissociation, Stress Management, Interpersonal Relations, Creative Blocks, Clarity/Focus, Energy Levels, Emotional Regulation, Sense of Safety, and Self Awareness. These sessions include a combination of somatic experiencing, iRest Yoga Nidra, EMDR, and energy work. Together a plan is created to continue the work and integration at home in between sessions.
